Utilising Garden Spaces

This job used a variety of products to create an area in a garden for entertaining. The customers wanted to screen off an area of the garden used by their children to create a space they could use for dining and entertaining friends.

The stone selected to construct the patio was sourced to complement the house, which is a beautiful sandstone period property in Milngavie. The result is a sunken dining area as requested by the customers, which has retaining low level walls created through the use of wooden sleepers. The panel fencing shown provided the screening requested to hide the eye from the children’s area of the garden. Areas for planting out at a later stage by the customers was provided infront of the fencing and also bordering the patio area.

Stones were sourced for the path to the patio, matching the existing paths around the property.
