IG Contracts ltd was established as a limited company in April 2017 however prior to this date Iain Macdonald and Graeme McMillan, our working directors, had been providing groundworks to a variety of domestic and commercial clients as sole traders for over 24 years combined.
Their practical knowledge and established supply chain coupled with the business expertise of Elaine Macdonald, our business development director, has resulted in an exciting year of business which has seen our customer base growing rapidly. Including exciting additions to our valued commercial customer base such as Lovell Partnership LTD and Billy Bowie Special Projects coming on board in 2018. This in turn has allowed us to increase employee numbers to meet with this increased demand, we enjoy employing great people and working with them to develop their career and their skill sets in a manner consistent with their aspirations. Groundworks
Delivering small civils packages for selection of private, domestic and commercial clients. IG contracts proficient in projects involving foundations, concrete pads and earth clearance.
Drainage
Established knowledge of SUDs compliance, rainwater management, deep drainage, installations and repair. Design and advice service available for agricultural, domestic and commercial installations.
Landscaping
Experienced skilled team confident in our delivery of a huge variety of hard and soft landscaping materials, styles and applications. Quality service available for domestic and commercial projects. Installation or repair and maintenance.
Facilities Management Support
Assisting many multi site national companies in maintaining car parks, paths and facilities. Including a variety of preventative maintenance, callouts, routine planned upkeep and responsive maintenance. Also emergency call out available to remedy slips trips and falls hazards.
